FFL Transfers & Compliance

All firearms ship exclusively to a licensed FFL dealer — never to your door. The transfer completes at your dealer with ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check.

Every receiving FFL is validated against ATF records before anything ships. Contact your dealer before ordering — firearms returned by an FFL cannot be refunded.

The buyer is responsible for compliance with all state and local laws, including magazine and feature restrictions in their jurisdiction.

AmmunitionGround shipping; adult signature on delivery where state law requires. No shipments where prohibited.

Parts & gearNationwide. Orders leave the shop in 1–3 business days; pre-orders ship on the date posted on the product page.

Returns & Refunds

Window30 days — unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds1–4 business days back to the original payment method once received.

AmmoFinal sale — no returns on ammunition.

FirearmsInspect at your FFL. Issues must be noted before the transfer completes; after transfer, coverage moves to warranty.

Warranty

Every PAMAX-manufactured part is covered against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Third-party brands carry their manufacturer's own warranty.

To open a claim: email sales@pmtactical.com with your order number and photos of the issue. XSlick-coated parts can also be serviced through the in-house recoating program.

Age Requirements

21+Handguns, receivers, and frames.

18+Long guns, parts, accessories, and ammunition.

Age is verified at checkout and again by your FFL at transfer. State law controls where it sets a higher bar.

Founded in 2018 by law-enforcement officers. PAMAX Tactical Inc. is a federally licensed Type 07 firearms manufacturer — every PAMAX part is machined, tested, and quality-controlled in-house in the USA.
